Kami adalah perusahaan software developer yang berfokus pada solusi teknologi untuk industri hospitality, seperti IPTV System dan Smart Room Integration. Saat ini kami mencari Technical Engineer yang andal dan memiliki semangat tinggi untuk bergabung dalam tim kami.

🛠️ Tanggung Jawab:

- Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan maintenance server berbasis Linux.

- Menangani instalasi jaringan komputer, termasuk router, switch, access point, dan kabel jaringan.

- Support teknis untuk implementasi sistem di hotel atau properti pelanggan.

- Troubleshooting permasalahan teknis baik dari sisi software maupun hardware jaringan/server.

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim development dan support dalam memastikan sistem berjalan optimal.

🎯 Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3/S1 di bidang Teknik Informatika, Sistem Komputer, atau sejenisnya.

- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang teknikal minimal 1 tahun (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan jika memiliki kemampuan teknikal yang kuat).

- Menguasai Linux Server (instalasi, command line, konfigurasi service seperti Apache/Nginx, MySQL, SSH).

- Memahami jaringan komputer (TCP/IP, subnetting, VPN, firewall dasar, konfigurasi switch/router).

- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas (ke luar kota).

✨ Nilai Plus Jika Kamu:

- Pernah menangani project IT di hotel/hospital.

- Memiliki sertifikasi jaringan (misal: CCNA, Mikrotik, atau CompTIA Network+).

- Terbiasa bekerja dengan perangkat IoT atau sistem integrasi.
