The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance and maintaining the smooth operation of our computer systems and network infrastructure. Key duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts,Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet, ensuring data security, and supporting the daily technological needs of the workshop staff. The role requires proactive monitoring of system performance, timely resolution of technical incidents, and collaboration with various departments to implement effective IT solutions that align with the operational demands of a high-end restoration facility.
