Job description for IT Support Engineer at PT Berca Hardayaperkasa

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada end user terkait perangkat laptop/PC, hardware, software, dan aplikasi.
Melakukan troubleshooting, instalasi, konfigurasi, re-imaging, serta deployment perangkat berbasis Windows OS menggunakan Microsoft Intune.
Menangani basic network troubleshooting (LAN, WiFi, VPN) serta memastikan perangkat dan sistem berfungsi secara optimal.
Mendokumentasikan pekerjaan melalui ticketing system dan memberikan dukungan maupun edukasi kepada end user sesuai kebutuhan.

Kualifikasi:

Minimal S1 di bidang Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai IT Support, Helpdesk Support, atau Desktop Support.
Menguasai troubleshooting hardware & software laptop/PC, Windows OS, serta Microsoft 365.
Memiliki pengalaman atau kemampuan menggunakan Microsoft Intune dan memahami basic networking (IP, LAN, WiFi, VPN).
Terbiasa menggunakan ticketing system, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, dan bersedia bekerja onsite di Jakarta Pusat (Insurance Company).
