Job description for IT Support Engineer (Dashcam, GPS) at PT Hermes Solusi Integrasi

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Support, Technical Support, or related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience handling and troubleshooting GPS Tracking Systems and Dashcam devices.
Familiar with GPS tracking platforms, device configuration, and monitoring systems.
Experience with vehicle tracking, fleet management systems, or telematics is a plus.
Able to troubleshoot issues related to GPS devices, Dashcam, connectivity, power supply, and device installation.
Familiar with basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and mobile networks.
Able to perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
Able to monitor GPS and Dashcam status and follow up on device-related issues.
Able to coordinate with vendors, technicians, and operational teams for troubleshooting and maintenance.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
