We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional with a background in backend development to join our team. This role involves monitoring and reporting on IT systems in a shift-based working system (24/5), ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting backend development when necessary.
Key Skillset : IT Support, Spring Boot
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor IT systems and infrastructure continuously during assigned shifts (24/5 system).
- Provide real-time support and issue resolution for system and network problems.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
- Assist in backend development and support tasks, including debugging and optimizing backend systems.
- Respond to user queries and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network operations.
- Collaborate with other IT and development teams to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Manage IT equipment, user accounts, and software updates.
- Document issues, resolutions, and best practices for future reference.
- Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security protocols during support operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in System Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Support and backend development.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and systems relevant to IT support.
- Experience in backend development with a strong understanding of programming languages and database management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a shift-based system (24/5).
- Familiarity with network administration and IT infrastructure management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
