Tanggung Jawab Utama :
- Monitoring system, jaringan (server), desktop, dan network
- Melakukan troubleshooting jaringan, hardware dan software
- Maintain penyelesaian tiket sesuai dengan SLA yang berlaku
- Kualifikasi :
- Minimal pendidikan D3/S1, jurusan Teknik Informatika / Ilmu Komputer
- Mempunyai pengetahuan mengenai Hardware, Jaringan, OS dan Linux
- Familiar dengan Active Directory
- Bersedia bekerja secara Shift
- Berpengalaman untuk handle, monitoring dan konfigurasi Windows dan Linux
- Bersedia di tempatkan di Bukittinggi
