Job description for IT Support & Developer Staff at PT. Kaya Mulia Anugrah (Gonegani & PAYU.)

Tanggung Jawab

Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan pemeliharaan perangkat keras (hardware) serta perangkat lunak (software)
Memberikan dukungan teknis (IT support) kepada seluruh pengguna di perusahaan
Melakukan troubleshooting terhadap permasalahan komputer, jaringan, printer, dan perangkat IT lainnya
Memastikan seluruh sistem, jaringan, dan perangkat IT berjalan dengan optimal
Melakukan monitoring, backup, dan pemeliharaan data secara berkala
Mengelola akun pengguna, email perusahaan, serta hak akses sistem
Mendokumentasikan aset dan aktivitas IT secara rapi.

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan lain yang relevan
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang IT Support atau IT Staff
Memahami sistem operasi Windows, Microsoft Office, serta instalasi hardware dan software
Memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai jaringan komputer (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP)
Mampu melakukan troubleshooting perangkat komputer dan jaringan
Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang baik
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
Teliti, komunikatif, dan memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi
