- Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support / Infrastructure
- Familiar with Server, ERP & IT Infrastructure
- Understand LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Router, Switch & Access Point
- Skilled in hardware, software & network troubleshooting
- Basic programming skills (Python, PHP, HTML)
- Familiar with Laravel, PABX & CCTV
- Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills

- Maintain internet network, server & IT infrastructure
- Setup, install & maintain IT/electronic devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
- Support ERP implementation & system maintenance
- Maintain CCTV, dashcam & Access Point devices
- Manage IT assets, user access & system administration
- Ensure all IT operations run effectively & efficiently
