Job description for IT Staff Perbankan at PT. Mutualplus Global Resources (Jakarta Representative)

1. Melakukan pemeliharaan rutin pada sistem IT

2. Memastikan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak terpasang dan terkonfigurasi dengan benar

3. Menganalisis dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis, seperti kegagalan sistem, konektivitas, atau masalah pada perangkat keras

4. Membuat laporan teknis dan dokumentasi terkait pemeliharaan, perbaikan, dan pemecahan masalah

Kualifikasi :

1. Minimal pendidikan D3 jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer

2. Memiliki pengalaman relavan menjadi nilai tambah

3. Fresh graduate are welcome

4. Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting hardware, software, dan jaringan

5. Memahami Microsoft Office terutama Microsoft Excel dengan baik
