PT LiuGong Finance Indonesia is a financing company operating in lndonesia and is part of LiuGong, a global heavy equipment manufacturer. This company provides financing solutions for the purchase of heavy equipment and engineering equipment, especially in the construction, mining and related industrial sectors. The head office is located at The Kensington Office Tower, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
Location: Head Office (North Jakarta)
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform duties under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, support the implementation of new business system projects and functionalities, and maintain existing systems.
- Participate in the implementation of the company’s information system projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, system testing, and daily system maintenance.
- Gather and analyze system requirements from internal business users and prepare documentation for confirmation and approval.
- Communicate with industry peers and system vendors to identify, learn from, and adopt best practices and system advantages.
- Test new functionalities delivered by vendors and lead business users in conducting internal user acceptance testing, system validation, and go-live preparation.
- Coordinate with system vendors and follow up on project implementation progress.
- Follow up on and resolve daily system issues, including conducting root-cause analysis and coordinating corrective actions.
- Receive data correction requests from business departments, coordinate with vendors to implement the required corrections, and follow up with business users for validation.
- Conduct internal business process and system training and provide daily guidance to employees on system usage.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor degree for Information Technology/Computer Science/Information System from reputable university (overseas university will be an advantage)
- Min. 3 years of experience in the implementation or testing of financial business systems.
- Experienced in system implementation or project management within Indonesia’s multifinance, leasing, banking and credit, or insurance industries will be given preference.
- A solid technical background, with knowledge of system design principles and systematic approaches to troubleshooting operational issues.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Good understanding of IT systems and application development lifecycle (SDLC), infrastructure, application, and data-related projects.
- Knowledge in business processes in heavy equipment financing (credit, disbursement, collection) will be an advantage.
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured project plan
