Key Responsibilities :
- Mengolah database/server perusahaan dan menjaga keamanan system.
- Membuat program yang dibutuhkan perusahaaan dalam business analyst, marketing development.
- Membantu staff kantor dalam mengatasi permasalahan IT (error complain)
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Optimasisasi Web penjualan dan membantu meningkatkan penjualan
- memastikan standarisasi dari web penjualan
- Berpengalaman dalam pemecahan masalah IT
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- in-depth knowledge of operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with non-technical staff.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
