IT Specialist – Web & Social Media

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and update the hotel website, including landing pages from the Graphic Designer’s designs
2. Handle technical integration with the booking engine and channel manager
3. Maintain website speed, security, domain, hosting, and business email
4. Carry out basic SEO and manage the technical side of Google Business Profile
5. Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts (access, security, 2FA) and schedule content from the creative team
6. Set up Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking, and support paid ads setup with Marketing
7. Manage the network, guest Wi-Fi, and basic office equipment, and coordinate with vendors (PMS, booking engine, hosting) and the RemArc Property IT team

Reqruitments

1. Based in Bali and willing to work onsite
2. Proficient in English
3. Experienced of managing websites
4. Understanding of basic SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
5. Experience with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business
6. Understanding of the basics of networking, hosting, domains, and data security
