Job description for IT Specialist/Support (Infrastructure Development) at Selarastech
IT Specialist/Support (Infrastructure Development)
Location: Pekanbaru, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure from the ground up.
- Manage Active Directory, servers, and network devices (switches, routers, etc.).
- Provide hands-on technical support and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor database systems.
- Ensure network security and continuously optimize performance.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, server management, and networking (switches, routers).
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to be based in Pekanbaru with periodic travel to Jakarta for meetings.
