Menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis dan menerjemahkannya menjadi solusi aplikasi yang efektif.
Mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web dan mobile untuk mendukung operasional perusahaan.
Mendesain, membangun, dan memelihara database perusahaan.
Melakukan integrasi antar sistem internal maupun sistem pihak ketiga.
Mengembangkan dashboard, laporan, dan Business Intelligence (BI) untuk kebutuhan manajemen.
Melakukan maintenance, troubleshooting, dan optimasi aplikasi yang sudah berjalan.
Menyusun dokumentasi teknis sistem dan prosedur operasional.
Berkolaborasi dengan user dari berbagai departemen untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis.
Memastikan keamanan data dan performa sistem berjalan dengan baik.
Memberikan pelatihan dan dukungan teknis kepada pengguna aplikasi.
