Job description for IT Service Support at PT Transretail Indonesia
- Coordinating IT problem matters at Store and HO
- Preparing unsolved helpdesks problem report to AMS
- Checking helpdesk activities reports
- To monitor users IT work processes and maintain hardwares, softwares and network infrastructure to function well.
- To support system deployment in hardwares, softwares and network infrastructures
- To identify problem root cause, provide corrective action plan and the resolution within reasonable response time.
- Handling request or problem based on ticketing, email, or phone.
- Monitoring daily data quality to missmatched data and make sure data quality 100% accurate.
- Monitoring application performance and availability, make sure it's ready for daily operational.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in helpdesk or related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Hardware PC, Internet, Setting Email, Join Domain, Database, Jquery
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Has experience in Hardware, Software and application and working in multi branches company would be an advantage Fast learner and able to work in a team also to give best customer service to other function.
- Hard worker and team work player.
