Job description for IT SAP Operation at PT. Cottonink Duo Kreasiondo

Job Requirement :

1. Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.

2. Memahami dasar proses bisnis perusahaan/ERP.

3. Minimal 1–2 tahun pengalaman menggunakan atau melakukan support SAP Business One (SAP B1 Support, SAP B1 Functional, ERP Support, Application Support; atau SAP B1 Operations)

4. Memiliki pengalaman pada perusahaan retail, FMCG lebih disukai

Job Responsibility :

1. Bertanggung jawab dalam memastikan operasional SAP Business One (SAP B1) berjalan dengan ba

2. Memberikan support kepada user, melakukan troubleshooting transaksi dan konfigurasi

3. Membuat query/report, menjaga akurasi master data, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim IT, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, dan Production dalam penyelesaian issue SAP.
