Job description for IT Sales Executive at MGS Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and various sales channels.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions, including IT Outsourcing, Software Development, and Managed Services.
- Manage the end-to-end B2B sales process, from lead generation, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, to closing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing the sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams in preparing solutions, proposals, and tender/procurement processes based on client requirements.
- Prepare sales activity reports and monitor business opportunity progress.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, or similar role.
- Experienced in managing the end-to-end B2B sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Experience in IT Outsourcing, Software Development, IT Consulting, Managed Services, or other technology services is preferred.
- Strong prospecting, hunting, and new client acquisition skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling corporate, enterprise, BUMN, or government clients is an advantage.
- Domiciled in Yogyakarta or surrounding areas is preferred, or willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
