Job description for IT Sales Executive at Magna Solusi Indonesia

  • Proaktif mencari peluang bisnis baru dan mandiri dalam mengelola pencarian leads.
  • Memegang kendali penuh atas seluruh siklus penjualan, mulai dari cold call pertama hingga proses final closing.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim teknis dan pre-sales untuk meracik proposal solusi IT yang tepat guna bagi klien.
  • Berkomitmen untuk secara konsisten mencapai dan melampaui target penjualan tahunan yang ditetapkan.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan kemitraan strategis jangka panjang dengan klien-klien bernilai tinggi.
  • Mengelola seluruh dokumen administrasi pendukung yang berkaitan dengan proses penjualan (seperti pembuatan quotation, penyiapan draf kontrak, laporan penjualan, hingga update berkala di sistem internal).

KUALIFIKASI

  • Lulusan S1 di bidang Manajemen, Pemasaran, Komunikasi, IT, atau bidang terkait lainnya.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang IT Sales (pengalaman di bidang Software/SaaS akan menjadi nilai tambah yang besar).
  • Memiliki database klien yang aktif serta jaringan profesional yang luas di berbagai industri.
  • Seorang Expert dalam mengelola seluruh siklus penjualan (full sales cycle) dengan rekam jejak KPI yang selalu tercapai.
  • Terbiasa menggunakan CRM tools (seperti Salesforce, Pipedrive, dll) untuk mengambil keputusan berbasis data.
  • Memiliki analytical mindset untuk menerjemahkan masukan dari klien menjadi ide strategis bagi tim produk kami.
