Job description for IT Recruiter Intern at Pt. Tiga Daya Digital Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
- Screening CVs based on job requirements
- Conducting initial screening calls/interviews with candidates
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and clients/users
- Supporting onboarding processes for selected candidates
- Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
- Collaborating with internal teams regarding hiring needs
- Ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, structured, and aligned with SLA
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Information Systems, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (prior HR/recruitment experience is a plus)
- Strong interest in recruitment, especially IT talent acquisition
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven
- Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing tools
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to work full-time as an intern
