Job description for IT Quality Assurance Engineer at PT Digital Tech Asia

Job Description

We are looking for an IT QA Manual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of applications and systems.

Responsibilities

Perform manual testing for mobile applications and related systems.
Test and validate RFID reader functionality and integration.
Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Identify, document, and track bugs or system issues.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Work closely with Developers and other teams to investigate and resolve issues.
Ensure applications meet business and technical requirements.
Provide clear testing reports and communicate testing results to stakeholders.
Work onsite when required for mobile application and RFID reader testing.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as QA Tester / Manual Tester.
Experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications.
Good understanding of QA processes, test cases, and bug reporting.
Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to identify potential issues.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work onsite when required, especially for mobile app and RFID reader testing.
Experience with RFID, hardware integration, or device testing is a plus.
