Job description for IT Project Manager at Kodegiri
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM) to join our team onsite in Jakarta. In this role, you will lead end-to-end IT project delivery, oversee cross-functional execution, and ensure projects within the insurance domain are completed on schedule and within scope.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects within the insurance domain from initiation to delivery.
- Plan, track, and manage project scope, schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables using tools like Jira.
- Facilitate project meetings, daily standups, sprint planning, and status reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, delivering clear progress updates and executive reports.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, technical requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and timeline impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive team alignment, accountability, and productivity to ensure smooth project delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or Project Lead handling software development initiatives.
- Hands-on project experience in the insurance or financial services industry is required.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
