IT Project Manager (Junior Staff)
About the role:
Responsible for managing and supporting IT system development projects from requirement gathering, planning, development, testing, until handover. This role requires strong project coordination and system understanding to bridge business needs with the development team and ensure projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering to implementation and handover.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
- Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, tasks, PICs, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, blockers, and project changes.
- Coordinate with users, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support UAT, bug tracking, issue resolution, and implementation readiness.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, progress reports, and handover documents.
- Understand business processes and translate them into clear system requirements.
- Manage follow-up actions and escalate critical blockers when necessary.
- Handle multiple projects or initiatives in parallel based on priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Min 6 months of relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology, particularly for IT projects.
- Able to understand system flows, business processes, database concepts, and basic API concepts.
- Familiar with requirement gathering, UAT, project documentation, risk/issue management, and change management.
- Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX and familiar with Figma is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new technologies, digital tools, and AI to support project planning, requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and productivity.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to consistently follow up on project progress.
- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willing to be placed in Karawang.
