We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our mobile app development projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile app development projects in the fintech sector.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to define project scope and objectives.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
- Oversee code management and version control using GitHub and GitLab.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Utilize agile methodologies to manage project workflows and ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on fintech applications.
- Proven experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in Flutter and related technologies.
- Solid understanding of code management and version control systems, particularly GitHub and GitLab.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing development teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Swift).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Previous experience in a fintech environment or a related industry.
