Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven experience in managing technology projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with company objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure effective project execution.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and ensure all lessons learned are documented for future improvement.
