Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements and translate them into clear and actionable system requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements, user flows, use cases, and other supporting documentation.
- Act as a bridge between clients/users and the development team to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and priorities, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the software development process.
- Monitor project scope, timeline, quality, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Coordinate testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, deployment, and project handover.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and progress status to clients and management.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed requirements, timeline, scope, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, IT Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and system documentation.
- Familiarity with flowcharts, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and functional requirements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and technical teams.
- Good project management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, leadership, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion is a plus.
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and software development concepts is a plus.
