Job description for IT Project Manager at PT Pasti Makmur Abadi

Requirements:

- Experience in leading and supporting multiple project with different size & complexities

- Certification in project management PMP or Agile/Scrum master would be an advantages

- Self-starter, able to work under pressure and adaptive project life cycle

- Familiar with both scrum and waterfall project methodologies

- Willing to work 100% from office located at Erajaya Plaza, Bandengan Selatan

Jobdesk:

- Develop/implement suitable project management framework/methodologies and process for a fast-paced and yet complex development life cycle

- Coordinate resources across project and sprint

- Provide mentoring, coaching and training to existing PM

- Create/monitor all project documentation are provided, updated and relevant

- Provide report and update for project status and risks Negotiate with user for project mandays, timeline and duration
