Job description for IT Project Manager at ADI Consulting
Talent Placement Consulting Indonesia is a sister company of aDI Group. We're engaged in Headhunting and IT Outsourcing with a focus on the ASEAN region. Our head office is located in Bangkok, Thailand, and we have a representative office in Indonesia located in South Tangerang. Currently, we work with various clients from a wide range of industries.
Currently, we're seeking talented professionals to support our client projects. This role is dedicated to fulfilling our clients’ business needs on a 6-six month contract basis, with the possibility of extension and this opportunity willing to Onsite (WFO) North Jakarta with our clients requirements below.
Responsibilty
1. Melakukan perencanaan, eksekusi, dan monitoring project yang
disubmit oleh Sales OperaƟ on sesuaidengan pendekatan Project
Management (PMBOK approach), Ɵme-scope budgeƟ ng, dengan
metodologiscrum maupun waterfall
2. Monitoring Ɵmeline project, scope, budget, dan kualitas delivery
project sesuai dengan business value
3. Menjaga uƟ lisasi resource secara efisien
Qualification
1. EducaƟ on: S1 (IT related background preferable) / S2 (IT Management
& related prefereable) & IPK >= 3.00(from reputable university
preferable)
2. Experience: 2 years as Project Manager, preferably related to
IT/soŌ ware development
3. Age: 22-35 years old
4. Gender: Male/Female
Skills
a. PMBOK knowledge or project management in general,
SCRUM (PSM)
b. Ms. Office (especially excel and its formula)
c. Tools Jira, Confluence, Jira Bug Picture
6. Interpersonal and CommunicaƟ on skills
a. Strong analysis and judgement, drive (process and result
oriented), detail, persistent, goodteamwork, good
communicaƟ on and presentaƟ on skill, problem solving
