Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate our software development projects. In this role, you will work closely with the IT Manager to translate business objectives into structured development sprints while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor software development projects from planning through delivery.
Manage sprint planning, task assignments, project timelines, and team progress.
Support developers by resolving blockers, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient collaboration.
Manage Git versioning, monitor project risks, and provide regular progress updates to the IT Manager.
Contribute technically when required by reviewing code, resolving critical issues, or developing small internal tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, technical project management, or a related leadership role.
Good command of spoken and written English, as English is the working language.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and Git workflows.
Ability to understand technical architecture and collaborate effectively with software development teams.
Familiarity with modern development technologies such as Next.js, Laravel, React Native, or Flutter.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Employment Details
