Job Description
- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, business analysts, QA teams, and other project members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to minimize project delays.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies to ensure efficient delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
- Support issue resolution and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, based on project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management or a related role.
- Proven experience managing IT projects, including software development, system implementation, or system integration projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experienced in project planning, timeline management, risk assessment, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
- Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
