Job Description
- Lead and manage SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business users, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery aligns with business requirements and SAP best practices.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders and management.
- Manage SAP project documentation including project plans, requirements, functional specifications, and implementation reports.
- Ensure successful SAP integration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for SAP systems and business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, with experience handling SAP projects.
- Proven experience managing SAP implementation, migration, enhancement, or integration projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, HCM, or related modules.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, SAP Solution Manager, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Experience working with SAP consultants, business users, and technical teams.
- SAP certification or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Good command of English (written and verbal) is preferred.
