IT Project Manager Officer

As a Project Manager in our company, you will be a project leader responsible for planning, organizing and managing projects related to Display Technology, Surveillance, Command Center, Software, Smart Education and Smart Office. Your primary task is to ensure that our projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and meet the client's quality expectations.

Qualification:

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager in the Systems Integration industry.

- Formal education in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.

- Expertise in using project management software.

- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.

- Deep understanding of Display, Surveillance, Command Center, Software, Smart Education and Smart Office technologies.

- Ability to identify and manage project risks effectively.

- Experience in managing project budgets.

Excess

- Project Management Certification (such as PMP or PRINCE2).

- Experience with software development methodologies and systems integration.

- Expertise in contract negotiation and external contractor management.

- Ability to adapt to changes and project pressures.

Responsibility:

1. Project Planning:

Develop a clear project plan, including goal setting, required resources, and implementation schedule. Apply an S curve to detail project progress over time.

2. Team Organizing:

Build and lead project teams by providing clear direction and empowering team members.

Manage human and technical resources to achieve project goals.

3. Effective Communication:

Communicate regularly with clients, team members and other stakeholders.

Implement S-curves as a visual communication tool to facilitate understanding of project progress.

4. Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Apply the S curve as a tool to monitor and evaluate risks throughout the project cycle.

5. Quality Control:

Ensure solution implementation meets established quality standards.

Implement the S curve to measure and track the quality of project outcomes.

6. Budget Management:

Carefully manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and report budget changes to stakeholders.

Apply the S curve as a tool to control and monitor the project budget.

7. Project Evaluation:

Conduct a thorough evaluation of the project, including post-mortem analysis for future learning.
