Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- S1 in Computer Science/ Engineering
- Min 3 Years experience in Project Manager (Especially in Banking Industry)
- Excelence interpersonal, oral, and writted communication and collaboration skills in Bahasa and English
- Ability in Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously with changing deadlines and priorities while staying commited to quality
- Highly motivated and Self Driven
- Teach teachniques and support effective training to the team
- Ability to work independently, lead, and motivate cross – functionaly towards project goals
- Proven skill in leadership and management
- Understand projects’s SDLC concept
- Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools
- Experience Agile/ Scrum metodology along with knowledge of DevOps practice of operation is preffered
- Full WFO in Jakarta
Job Description
Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
Conducting risk assessments for projects
Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
