Job description for IT Project Manager (Banking Experience) at PT Unilabel Pakindo Jaya
o Manage project implementation end-to-end to ensure completion on time, according to scope, and within budget.
o Develop a detailed project plan covering scope, timeline, cost, resources, and risks.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
o Facilitate project activities such as kickoff, weekly stand-up, review, and steering committee meetings.
o Track project progress and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
o Maintain communication and alignment between internal teams, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
o Prepare and manage project documentation (TOR, SOW, RAID logs, change request, sign-off).
o Prepare routine project status reports (weekly/monthly).
o Manage coordination with vendors/third parties (SLA, timeline, integration) if required.
o Support the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Test (UAT).
o Prepare cutover plans and monitor go-live until post-implementation stabilization.
o Prepare presentation materials for project updates to stakeholders and management.
o Have good oral and written communication skills (Indonesian and English).
