Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and resolve project-related conflicts, ensuring smooth project execution and fostering a positive team environment.
- Evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-project reviews, and implement lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
