Job description for IT Project Management Office at Ikonsultan Inovatama
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the management team; finding and analyzing relevant data to solve strategic business issues.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Monitor the overall performance of relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinating the development of SOP, manual, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable a successful implementation of new business/project.
- Visualize overall project schedule, report project issues status, and potential risks.
- Ensure that PMO processes are aligned with the overall strategy and goals of the organization.
- Create opportunities to drive impact by leveraging each person’s strengths to build high-performing team
Requirements: - Minimum 3 - 5 years of experiences in Multifinance and Financial Industry (Banking, FinTech, etc) and/or top Consulting Firm along with the proven capability of strong leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Information Technology,
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Have experience managing multiple projects, and good in coordination and communications
- Strong problem solving, quantitative, critical and logical thinking, and analysis. Ability to quickly understand complex discussions and grasp the critical issues to focus on
- Creative in providing out-of-the-box solutions while remaining structured and methodical
- Have adequate product/tech knowledge (e.g. knows what is API, BRD).
- Growth mindset to always go the extra mile in learning and upgrading yourself, can-do attitude, be agile and flexible in adapting to a dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently and cross-functionally and clearly identify dependencies, escalate potential roadblocks and recommend effective actions
- Good in English
- Willing to work onsite
