📢 WE ARE HIRING – IT PROJECT MANAGER

Penempatan: Klien Industri Automotive – Jakarta Utara

Kualifikasi:

• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai IT Project Manager atau posisi terkait

• Menguasai Microsoft Office dan JIRA

• Familiar dengan konsep SDLC (Agile, Scrum, dan Waterfall)

• Mampu membuat dan memonitor Gantt Chart, Kanban Board, timeline, dan roadmap proyek

• Berpengalaman bekerja dengan tim besar menjadi nilai tambah

• Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking dan problem solving yang kuat

• Terbiasa melakukan presentasi dan komunikasi dengan stakeholder

Responsibilities:

• Mengelola proyek menggunakan metodologi Agile/Scrum dan memastikan komunikasi efektif dengan tim serta stakeholder

• Membuat dan memonitor Gantt Chart, Kanban Board, timeline, dan roadmap proyek

• Berkolaborasi dengan tim besar, melakukan koordinasi tugas, dan eskalasi isu proyek

• Menggunakan tools seperti Microsoft Office dan JIRA untuk project management dan dokumentasi

• Memastikan proyek berjalan sesuai standar SDLC dan best practice

• Melaporkan progress proyek kepada manajemen dan stakeholder
