Job Deskripsi
- manage day to day incidents/service request and problems in production application
- responsible for resolving incident/service request/problems, tickets and coordinate incident solving activities
- create root cause analysis in case of incident and problem
- ensuring all SLAs defined for production support are met
- establish and bulid collaborative working relationship with business users, project team and IT partners
- involved in IT project, internal/external audit process
Deskripsi Persyaratan
- male, min. S1 in information technology
- at least 1 year of experience in IT production support/IT application support
- experience with scrum/agile development merhodologies
- knowledge in database application (MYSQL, postgreSQL, SQL server)
- experience in banking or multifinance application will be a plus especially T24 core banking
- knowledge in Grafana will be a plus
