Job Description:
- Define and execute IT product strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (planning, development, launch, enhancement)
- Manage and mentor product team members (Associate to Senior level)
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure product governance, compliance, and risk management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Master's degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- 6+ years of experience in IT product management, software development, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Specific Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of product management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, product analytics tools)
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design
- Knowledge of data-driven decision making and product metrics
- Basic understanding of IT architecture, APIs, and integrations
- Risk management and compliance awareness in IT products
