Jobdesk

- Mampu melakukan metodologi Agile/Scrum serta Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Mampu menjadi sebagai Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, atau posisi sejenis.

- Mampu menyusun dokumentasi kebutuhan sistem (requirement documentation).

- Mampu berkolaborasi dengan tim internal

- Mampu berkoordinasi secara efektif dengan stakeholder dan tim pengembang.

Kualifikasi:

Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.

Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, atau posisi sejenis.

Memahami metodologi Agile/Scrum serta Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Mampu menyusun product roadmap dan menentukan prioritas pengembangan.

Memahami proses pengembangan aplikasi mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, pengujian, hingga implementasi.

Memahami konsep API, database, dan integrasi sistem.

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, analisis, assessment, problem solving, dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik.

Terbiasa menggunakan tools manajemen proyek.

Berorientasi pada kualitas produk, kebutuhan pengguna, dan pencapaian target bisnis.
