Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and clarifying procurement requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Support supplier sourcing, quotation collection, and vendor comparison activities.
- Prepare procurement documents, including purchase requests, purchase orders (PO), and related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor purchase order status and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Assist in reviewing supplier quotations, proposals, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate invoice verification and payment processing with relevant teams.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Support the resolution of procurement, delivery, and payment-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor Management, Supply Chain, or a related role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing procedures.
- Experience supporting procurement activities, such as supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, PO processing, delivery monitoring, or payment coordination.
- Experience in IT procurement (e.g., hardware, software, software licenses, IT equipment, or technology-related services) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
