Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Work directly with potential customers to understand their business challenges and requirements.
Technical Expertise: Provide detailed product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of our solutions.
Solution Design: Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs.
Proposal Development: Assist in preparing proposals, including technical documentation and response to RFPs.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and support sales strategies.
Training: Educate sales teams on product features, advantages, and competitive positioning.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
Proven experience in a presales or technical sales role.
Experience working in Bank
