Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Policy, IT Governance, or IT Risk.
- Understand banking business processes.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to prepare policy documents, presentations, and socialization materials.
- Banking/financial industry experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IT policies and supporting documentation.
- Analyze IT best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Support policy monitoring, compliance, and awareness initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the policy development process.
