Job description for IT Operations at Enso Bali

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for all hotel staff, resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hotel-specific systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Manage and monitor the property’s network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi) to ensure optimal performance and security for both guests and staff.
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups for servers and computer systems.
  • Set up workstations, configure devices (PCs, printers, smartphones), and manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Assist guests with internet connectivity or any in-room technology issues in a polite and timely manner.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and network infrastructure (TCP/IP, routers, switches, access points).
  • Familiarity with hospitality software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or public holidays, if required to support hotel operations.
