Job description for IT Operations Specialist at PT. Bondar Loyo Management
We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager who will become a key link between the IT Director, the engineering team, contractors, and clients.
Our company specializes in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including corporate networks, Wi-Fi, video surveillance, the Internet, security systems, and comprehensive IT projects for villas, hotels, commercial facilities, and residential complexes.
Main Responsibilities
* Organize the work of the engineering team together with the IT Director.
* Plan and monitor the execution of daily tasks.
* Coordinate the implementation of IT projects from start to completion and delivery to the client.
* Control deadlines, quality of work, and budget compliance.
* Interact with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Organize equipment purchases and monitor deliveries.
* Oversee the maintenance of technical documentation.
* Check the quality of installation and commissioning work.
* Travel to sites as needed to monitor work progress and address organizational issues.
* Propose process improvements and enhance the efficiency of the IT department.
Requirements
Management Skills
* Experience managing an IT team or engineering department.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to effectively allocate tasks and monitor their execution.
* Decision-making and priority management skills.
Have a good understanding of the principles of:
* network infrastructure;
* Ruijie / Reyee equipment;
* MikroTik equipment;
* Hikvision video surveillance systems;
* Wi-Fi networks;
* TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN;
* structured cabling systems and fiber-optic communication lines.
Qualifications :
* Experience working in a system integrator or internet provider.
* Experience implementing projects for hotels, villas, residential complexes, or commercial real estate.
* Knowledge of access control systems.
* Experience with ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar project management systems.
* Basic conversational English
