Job description for IT Officer at PT Orson Indonesia
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure, including computers, networks, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide IT support to users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support ERP, inventory, manufacturing, and other business applications.
- Perform data backup, system maintenance, and basic cybersecurity activities.
- Manage IT assets, user accounts, software installation, and system configurations.
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
- Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Ensure IT systems operate effectively, securely, and according to company policies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional IT experience, preferably with experience managing IT infrastructure and teams.
- Strong experience in server, network, operating system, and infrastructure management.
- Experience in system administration, backup & recovery, cybersecurity, and data protection.
- Experience managing ERP, manufacturing, inventory, or other business applications.
- Strong ability in troubleshooting, and incident management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, network monitoring, IT governance, and sustainable/green IT practices is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT risks.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working proficiency in English.
