Elison Hotel is offering opportunities for those with a passion for Information Technology to join our Pre-Opening team as an IT Officer.
Educational Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
Experience:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an IT Support, IT Officer, or IT Technician.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Understanding of hotel operations and support systems is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
• Understanding of LAN/WAN network configuration.
• Mastery of basic Wi-Fi and Access Point configuration.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLAN.
• Ability to configure routers (MikroTik is a plus).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware such as PCs, laptops, and printers.
Soft Skills:
• Good communication skills.
• Service-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Thorough, responsible, and proactive.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work shifts if needed.
