Job requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in the same field.
- Possess MTCNA certification, Advance Mikrotik Training - Routing (MTCRE).
- Have skills in installation and system configuration (Linux/Unix system).
- Have experience in system monitoring and security monitoring, analysis, design, and network implementation (Mikrotik, Routing, Firewall, NAT, LAN, WAN, etc.).
- Have experience in the design and implementation of application servers on Windows and Linux (Zimbra mail server, DNS, Web server, Cpanel, Virtualization).
- Understand and be familiar with IT administration matters.
Job description
- Prepare a plan for the required infrastructure needs.
- Perform maintenance and backup for email, network, and servers.
- Communicate with external parties (ISP and Software).
- Visit branches (Software and Network).
- Perform updates and maintenance on email, RDP, and PABX (Active and Inactive).
- Record all changes to email, network, and server settings.
- Perform network firewall management.
- Ensure that email, network, and servers are functioning well.
- Document troubleshooting resolutions in the logbook related to email and network.
- Regularly change administrator passwords.
- Recommend network improvements and new equipment.
- Prepare a plan for the required infrastructure needs.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of the network (internal and external switches).
- Perform virtualization segmentation, server setup.
- Master and understand server virtualization, especially OpenStack and Proxmox virtualization.
