Job description for IT Merchant Support at PT Prima Vista Solusi
- Assist the operational team (helpdesk) in overcoming problems that cannot be resolved such as problems from merchants that are not related to hardware issues, and transaction testing (EDC TID Dummy) as validation of problems.
- Assist the operational team in overcoming the constraints of the tools being used, such as the use of W-track, TAMS, (atome upload profiling) and Vericentre (TMS).
- Monitoring and analyzing NOC, related to: Payment system applications (NAC, TLE, Poshub, HLE, MSA, Batching Report, Bank SFTP report), network connection links to Banks and Non-Bank Institutions and performance servers.
- Document incoming incident reports to facilitate the investigation process (eg EDC bugs, etc.).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer related major from reputable university with GPA > 3.00.
- Understand IT system development life cycle.
- Familiar in Network and Server
