Job description for IT Manager at MSBU
Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years in IT roles with at least 2 years managing team, experience in manufacturing environments and managing multi-site IT operations strongly preferred
- Technical Skills / Soft Skills: Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, cloud services, backups, and endpoint management; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft BC), practical knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, firewalls, VPNs, IAM, and incident response; experience with OT cybersecurity, and industrial protocols
- Certifications (if any): Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); relevant certifications in security, network, or ERP strongly preferred
