About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure, systems, security, and technology operations.
Based at our Cilincing plant, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT systems and infrastructure reliably support our manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and corporate operations.
You will lead the IT team, manage infrastructure and business applications, oversee IT security and data integrity, and drive technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business continuity.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, operating systems, hardware, and related systems.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of IT systems supporting manufacturing and business operations.
- Manage business applications, including ERP, inventory, manufacturing, and other operational systems.
- Establish and maintain effective backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and data protection practices.
- Lead the IT team, establish priorities, develop team capabilities, and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and user issues.
- Plan and execute IT projects, system upgrades, implementations, and technology improvements.
- Collaborate with management and business functions to identify technology requirements and develop solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and IT-related budgets.
- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, and system configurations.
- Monitor IT performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainable IT practices.
- Ensure IT operations comply with applicable company policies, security requirements, and relevant industry standards.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience, preferably with experience managing IT infrastructure and teams.
- Strong experience in server, network, operating system, and infrastructure management.
- Experience in system administration, backup & recovery, cybersecurity, and data protection.
- Experience managing ERP, manufacturing, inventory, or other business applications.
- Strong leadership, project management, troubleshooting, and incident management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, network monitoring, IT governance, and sustainable/green IT practices is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT risks.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working proficiency in English.
